Memorandums on cooperation between the Vasil Levski Bulgarian Military Union and the Cyberpol International Organization; and between the Vasil Levski Bulgarian Military Union and the European Center for Information Policy and Safety (ECIPS) were signed on 10.06.2018!

The Parties of the Memorandum shall also cooperate in the:
- developing and realization of international programs, aimed at fighting organized crime, money laundering, extremism, terrorism as well as any other threats and encroachment upon the peaceful life, safety, freedom, economics, information networks, natural resources, financial systems, territorial integrity, sovereignty of people and independent nation- states;
- developing of programs for innovative and technological progress of the economics, industry, agriculture, science and defense of the nation- states;
- developing of programs for the revival of the high-quality state education, including the organization of joint scientific and technical seminars, information and cultural centers, international training camps;
- development and realization of joint international innovative scientific programs for training members of the joint Volunteer Corps or the Special Operations Forces dealing with conflict prevention, searching and rescuing people, preventing or eliminating the consequences of sizeable natural disasters, industrial accidents and man-made calamities, as well as preventing all sorts of disasters originating in mass epidemics, civil wars and local conflicts.

The Parties to this Memorandum shall also cooperate in opening an International Training Center for the law enforcement and corporate security staff of all European countries:
- in the field of providing comprehensive information-, cyber-, physical, legal, economic and administrative security;
- in the field of protecting the civil rights and freedoms

The Parties to this Memorandum shall also cooperate in opening an International Cyber-Security University to provide professional education in the field of:
- providing comprehensive information, cyber-, physical, legal, economic and administrative security;
- comprehensive international monitoring, audit, and control of all companies in the EU that deal with processing of personal data according to the GDPR European Directive,
- training and requalification of the staff of law enforcement agencies and departments of Corporate Security for all European companies, corporations and financial institutions.
